Unique high-profile leadership opportunity at a growing, innovative business. You must have prior experience selling differentiated, technical products to medium and large industrial equipment OEMs or fleet owner operators. You must excel at finding and closing new opportunities, communicating value not selling on price, and selling to senior level audiences at Fortune 100 size industrial companies. You must be comfortable talking about technology in an authentic way, present yourself professionally, be a self-starter, and self accountable. Ideally, you have managed other salespeople and are ready to make the leap to begin building a sales team while continuing to hunt for opportunities and manage national accounts directly. This is a dynamic and highly adaptive culture whose success is grounded in teaming and collaborative solutions. Your level of success is found in your ability to foster great relationships internally with teammates, and externally with customers. You must be willing to travel throughout the US on a regular basis and be comfortable occasionally working with customers and distributors in Canada and Europe. Experience in construction equipment/contractors, heavy work trucks, utility fleets, or forestry segments is a plus. Knowledge of lubricants or chemicals is also a plus.

The Director of Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) is responsible for working closely with the Business Unit Leaders to provide SIOP leadership, cross functional team engagement, SAP expertise, with the aim to enable customer satisfaction while optimizing inventory levels. You must be highly analytical, have advanced skills in MS Excel, and have a keen eye for detail, with a mind of foresight and strategic thinking. Experience in Demand planning and supply chain management is required. Knowledge or experience in Sourcing and Warehouse management is a plus.
